摘　　要：分析知识共享的促进因素、抑止因素和阻碍知识共享的因素,介绍克服这些负面影响的策略和方法。This paper focuses on knowledge sharing in knowledge management systems. It analyzes the stimulating and inhibiting factors of knowledge sharing, with the emphasis on the countermeasures to overcome those bad influence. The authors hope to arouse wider attention on the issue of knowledge sharing by researchers and practitioners on knowledge management.
