摘　　要：由于油田对钻井技术及装备的要求日益提高,为提高油田钻井的工作效率,延长钻井机械的寿命,我们研制了C12V190Z_LB型柴油变矩器机组作为石油钻井的动力与传动设备。该机组的使用可实现钻井机械的无级变速变扭矩运行,同时其柔性传动方式使钻机和柴油机所承受的冲力大大缓解,提高了柴油机和钻机的使用寿命。The requirements of drilling technology and machine's quality become more and more strict for its application in oil fields. In order to improve drilling efficiency and extend active life of drilling machines,the C12V190Zi.B diesel generator set equipped with a torque converter had been developed as a kind of power and driving machine. The generator set can work both in full adjustable speed and stepless adjustable torque conditions. Supported by flexible driving technology, the impulsive forces on drilling rig and diesel engine decrease greatly,and the active life of diesel engines and drilling machines are increased so much.
