诱发电位对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎猴中枢神经损害的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨诱发电位(EP)在评价实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)猴的中枢神经损害方面的价值。方法实验分EAE猴和正常猴两组,对EAE猴采用Massacesi评分和BAEP、BTEP、SEP进行评价,正常猴只进行BAEP、BTEP、SEP检测。结果(1)EAE猴Massacesi评分正常。(2)EAE猴BAEP的Ⅲ～Ⅴ峰间期为3.0±0.63,比正常猴2.39±0.31长(P<0.05)。(3)EAE猴BTEP的T1～T7、T3～T7峰间期为2.53±0.67、1.68±0.37,比正常猴1.8±0.36、1.19±0.37长(P<0.05)。(4)EAE猴SEP的P40～N20峰间期为13.38±3.61,比正常猴10.59±0.68长(P<0.05)。结论(1)EAE猴在经过较长时间后仍存在多处中枢神经损害。(2)对EAE猴进行研究时,如能将Massacesi评分与EP检查结合起来考虑,将会更好地评估EAE模型。Objective To explore value of evoked potential(EPs )in evaluation of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE)monkeys.Mothods There were two groups in this experim ent.EAE group was evaluated by using Massacesi's standard and brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)?brain stem trigeminal evoked potent ial(BTEP),somatosensory evoked potential(SEP).Control was only detected by BAEP,BTEP,SEP.Results(1)Scores of Massacesi's standard was normal in EAEgroup.(2)The interpeak latency ofⅢ-Ⅴof BAEP in EAEgroup was longer(P<0.05),compared with control.(3)The interpeak latency of T1-T7?T3-T7of BTEP in EAE group was longer(P<0.05),compared with control.(4)The interpeak latency of P40-N20in EAE group was longer(P<0.05),compared with control.Conclusion(1)The damage of CNS in EAE monkeys is still existed fo r long time.(2)It is valuable to evaluate EAE monkeys,combined Massacesi's standard with EPs.
