食品添加剂新品种——神经酸对改善记忆的影响及在益智食品方面的应用研究进展

摘　　要：神经酸作为一食品添加剂新品种,其基础应用研究就显地极其重要了。本文通过观察神经酸对改善记忆的影响,对神经酸进行了功能性动物试验(跳台试验、避暗试验、水迷宫试验)和人体试食评价测试试验,结果表明神经酸对受试者的记忆能力具有明显改善,提出了将其强化添加到婴幼儿益智食品中的建议,这将对促进婴幼儿的大脑发育,提高智力水平,增强新生儿,婴幼儿及儿童的记忆能力具有重要的意义。For Nervonic Acid is a new food addiitive, its application research is especially important. By the functional animal tests (Jumping test, dark avoid test, water labyrinth test), human allowance evaluating test of Nervonic Acid and examining the influence of Nervonic Acid on memory improving, the Nervonic Acid is showed to have evident memory improving function on the testee. This article comes up with the suggestion to add Nervonic Acid into infant mentality improving food. It can prompt the brain growth and improve the intellectual level of the infants. It also has important meaning in improving memory ability of new born babies, infants and children.
