摘 要:探索紫外分光光度法测定蜂王浆中粗蛋白含量的可行性。用凯氏定氮法与紫外分光光度法测定30份来自不同产地的蜂王浆的粗蛋白含量,并分别绘制由牛血清清蛋白与已知粗蛋白含量的蜂王浆作标准蛋白的标准曲线,由此得到两个线性回归方程。用紫外分光光度法分别以牛血清清蛋白、蜂王浆标样作标准蛋白得出的待测蜂王浆试样中的粗蛋白含量,与用凯氏定氮法测得的蜂王浆试样中的粗蛋白含量,经多重比较均无显著差异。所以紫外分光光度法可用于蜂王浆中的粗蛋白含量的测定。To study the feasibility of the crude protein content of royal jelly tested by UV Spectrophotometry. The crude protein contents of 30 kinds of royal jelly from different areas were determined by Kjeldahl method and UV spectrophotometry.Two calibration curves of bovine serum albumin and royal jelly with known protein content were plotted as standard protein.And their linear regression equations were obtained.the results of UV spectrophotometry have no remarkable differences from that of Kjeldahl method with bovine serum albumin and royal jelly.To sum up,Ultraviolet spectrophotometry can be used to determine the protein content of royal jelly.
