摘 要:蜂王与工蜂具有相同的遗传基础,然而蜂王和工蜂在解剖学、生理学、行为学和寿命方面却是迥然不同的。研究表明,果蝇和线虫的sir2、ash2与hdac1基因与染色质组蛋白的甲基化和乙酰化及寿命相关。本研究采用实时定量PCR测定了这三个基因在11日龄蜂王蛹与工蜂蛹头部中的表达,结果表明:这三个基因在蜂王蛹中的表达显著高于工蜂(P<0.05)。这表明这三个基因可能参与蜂王表型的调控。Queen and worker bee have the same genetical makeup.However,queen differ dramatically from worker in anatomy,physiology,behaviour and lifespan.Three genes (sir2,ash2,hdac1) have been shown to be associated with histone methylation and acetylation as well as longevity in worms and flies.The relative expression levels of these genes were examined in the heads of queen pupae and worker pupae at 11-day-old via real-time PCR(RT-PCR).The results showed that these genes had significantly higher expressions in queen pupae than in worker pupae(P<0.05).We conclude that these genes are possibly implicated in the regulation of queen phenotype.
