摘  要:通过对甘蓝型隐性核不育两型系杂交油菜制种母本设置 3个移栽密度、可育株拔除设置 2个不同时期的研究 ,结果表明 :增加母本种植密度有一定的增产作用 ,增产率仅为 0 .7%~ 2 .0 % ,效果不显著 ,但密度加大 ,拔除可育株工作量增加 ,投入加大 ,比较效益降低 ,合理的密度以 6 0 0 0~ 80 0 0株 /6 6 7m2为宜 ;拔除可育株时期在蕾期比在临花期提高制种产量达 17.3~ 2 0 .4 kg/6 6 7m2 ,增产率 30 .5 %~ 36 .6 9% ,增产效果极显著。因此 ,蕾期是隐性核不育两系杂交油菜制种拔除可育株的最佳时期 ,特别是母本种植密度较大时更应掌握在蕾期尽早拔除。其技术已在制种区得到普遍应用。The experiment including 3 transplanting densities and 2 periods of pulling out fertile plants was carried out in hybrid rape of dual purpose line with the recessive GMS. The resulted showed that the seed yield increased along with the increase of the female density, but the rate of increase was only 0.7%~2.0% and because of the cost increase for pulling out fertile plants the related benefit decrease, and that the seed yield of pulling out fertile plants in budding period (259.5~306kg/ha) increased 30.50%~36.69% than that in closing blooming period. The technique including the rational density of 90000~120000 plants/ha and the optimum period for pulling out female fertile plants should be widely popularized in the seed production areas.
