摘  要:选取10个不同的玉米品种于大田栽种并自花授粉,采其授粉后14~24d的幼胚进行培养,筛选出了5个较易诱导体胚而再生植株的品种.在影响玉米幼胚培养的许多重要因素中,如2,4-D,KT,NAA,6-BA,ZT,ZiP,Ag+,水解酪蛋白,琼脂糖,脯氨酸和谷氨酰胺等,2,4-D和Ag+是最关键的因子.以华农超甜42号玉米幼胚为材料进行培养时,2,4-D15mg/L与Ag+10mg/L浓度下的MS培养基(再结合其它因子的适当组合)比较易于诱导出胚性愈伤组织,从而有利于其植株再生.以琼脂糖代替琼脂粉对体胚诱导也有较好效果.species of Zea Mays have been planted in field and selfpollinated,and their immature embryos after Pollination for 14~24 ds have been collected for tissus culture 5 out of the 10 species can give forth to somatic embryos and regenerate more easily Among the factors which can influence the callus formation and plant regeneration of Zea Mays,such as 2,4-D,KT,6-BA,NAA,Ag +,L-proline,casein hydrolysate and L-glutamine etc,2,4-D and Ag + are the most crucial elements With the immature embryos of Huanong Supersweet No 42 as the explants,2,4-D 1 5 mg /L and Ag + 10 mg/L in MS medium is suitable for the embryonic callus formation and also the plant regenerarion afterwards Agarose replacing agar powder has been proven to have good results in the induction of somatic embryos And some phenomena observed in the culture process have also been inverstigated and discussed
