摘  要:杨东莼是中国早期的马克思主义者,著名的史学家,同时,他更是一位呕心沥血于教育战线30余年的教育工作者。他先后在中学及大学里从教,而华中师院则是其直接从事教育管理工作的最后一站。在这里,他以学者的领导风范、务实的工作作风,为华中师院教育管理带来了新的气象。因此,以其任职华中师院院长为中心,我们可以更清晰地探析出杨东莼的教育管理思想。兹本文即从他对该校教学、科研、对外交流等方面的管理入手,来探析其教育管理举措及思想特点。Yang Dongchun was an early Marxist of China,and a famous historian in indefatigably 1930s and 1940s.At the same time,he was more an educationist working for Chinese education for nearly 30 years.He worked at the secondary school and university in succession,and Central China Normal College was his last place implementing education management directly.Here,as a scholarly and pragmatic leader,he brought the college new appearances.Thus,centering on his tenure in Central China Normal University,we can see more clearly his deep thinking about the educational management.This thesis analyses his practices of educational management and characteristics of his ideology,from the aspects of his management for college's teaching,scientific research,external exchange and so on.
