摘　　要：行政监督有效性的系统可分为五个方面:信息系统、预警系统、检查系统、修复系统以及评估反馈系统。对行政监督有效性的特征、标的以及其系统的基本构成与原则进行确认,有利于更新监督观念,特别是行政监督的观念,有利于对行政监督与管理提供新的思路与途径,有利于行政管理层更加注重行政监督有效性管理的实效。The administative supervision valid system constitutes five subsystems: the information system, the early warning system, the checkout system, the repair system as well as the appraisal feedback system. Analysis about the characteristics, purpose and constitution principle of the efficiency of administrative supervision is beneficial to innovate the supervision concept, supply new ways for the supervision and management of administration, and attract more attention from the administrative level to the efficiency of supervision. Specially administrative supervision idea, the administrative supervision and the management for the people have provided new mentality and way; Is advantageous even more pays great attention the administrative supervision validity management in the administration level the actual effect.
