摘　　要：我国现行刑事简易程序的建立对司法实践产生了一定的积极作用,但是由于程序设计和适用中的问题,其应有功能未得到充分发挥。本文以构建我国刑事速决程序体系为大的制度背景,在分析我国现行刑事简易程序不足的基础上,对改造后的刑事简易程序从价值定位和制度重构等方面进行了探讨研究。The establishment of current criminal summary procedure had positive influence on the judicial practice,but its essential functions have not been fully manifested due to the problem of its program design and application. Based on the background of the construction of criminal acceleration proceedings in China,this article mainly discussed the location of values and systematic reconstruction of the criminal summary procedure after its reformation.
