摘 要:测定了苏云金杆菌发酵过程中总核酸,菌数、总糖、还原糖、溶磷、氨基氮、pH和溶氧的变化。核酸曲线与苏云金杆菌典型生长曲线的形状相似,随培养基浓度而增减,因此认为发酵液的核酸含量可以反映菌体数量。在发酵罐发酵条件下,A、B配方培养基在发酵结束时的残糖分别为起始浓度的62.75%和66.6%,表明碳源的供给是充裕的,但溶氧和溶磷在对数生长期都降至很低水平,启示调整溶氧,增加溶磷可能与进一步提高发酵菌数密切相关。Patterns of nucleic acid,total sugar, reducing sugar, dissolved phosphorus, amino nitrogen,pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) were determined for Bt fermentation. The figure of nucleic acid curve was almost the same as that of a typical Bt growth curve.The peak value of nucleic acid was varied according to medium concentrations. So,cell count could be estimated by nucleic acid content of beer. The residual sugar of two kinds of media at harvest was 62.75% and 66.6% Respectively. It showed that carbon sources supplied were sufficient for Bt growth.But DO and dissolved phosphorus were decreased to a very low level during log phase.It indicated that adjusting DO and phosphorus concentration to a proper level could be closely related to the increase of cell count
