摘　　要：本文对集团公司的战略风险管理进行剖析,提出了风险管理的识别控制管理的模型,并对公司竞争能力和公司主题战略本身的风险因素产生的机理进行了分析。Based on analysis of risk management in a group company,The paper describes a model on identifying control for risk management,and also dwells upon the factors that give rise to risks in the competitive capability and theme strategy of a company.
