重建口角蜗轴的大口畸形整复术

摘　　要：目的探索一种在静态及动态时双侧口角对称的大口畸形整复方法。方法通过重建、恢复患侧口角蜗轴、适当内移口角定点、设计皮肤锯齿状切口等方法修复大口畸形。结果7例术后大口畸形获得良好口角静态及动态美学效果。结论重建、恢复患侧口角蜗轴、适当内移口角定点、设计皮肤锯齿状切口等修复大口畸形的方法较符合口裂生理美学特点。Objective To investigate a modified method for the correction of macrostomia with a static and dynamic symmetrical effect.Methods The correction method included restoration of the orbicularis sphincter at the affected side, interior movement of the surgical oral commisure and Z-plasty skin closure.Results 7 cases were treated with satisfactory static and dynamic results.Conclusion The modified method for macrostomia correction,which include restoration of the orbicularis sphincter,interior movement of the surgical oral commisure and Z-plasty skin closure,are in accord with the physical and esthetic characteristics of oral commissure.
