摘　　要：目的 :观察无机骨骨髓复合物修复骨肿瘤术后骨缺损的临床疗效。方法 :采用无机骨 (自制 )复合自体骨髓作为移植材料修复骨肿瘤术后骨缺损 1 3例 (联合应用内或外固定 ) ,其中骨巨细胞瘤 7例 ,骨纤维异样增殖症 5例 ,骨肉瘤 1例。结果 :术后 6个月随访 ,除 1例肿瘤复发外 ,其余患者移植骨均与宿主骨融合。结论Objective:To study on the validity of compound xenogeneic inorganic bone and auto marrow in treatment of the bone defect after tumorectomy. Methods:The compoud of xenogeneic inorganic bone (self made) and auto marrow as the graft material was used for repair of bone defect and combined with internal or external fixation as auxiliary measure. Thirteen cases with bone defect including seven cases of giant cell tumor, five cases of fibrous dysplasia of bones and one case of osteosarcoma after tumorectomy were adopted. Results:Followed for six months after operation, except a case of tumor recurrence all patients receiving the graft bones were survived. Conclusion: The compound of xenogeneic inorganic bone and auto marrow is one of effective graft material.
