缺血性中风发病前24～72小时内症状的条件logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性中风急性发病前24～72h内相关症状,为缺血性中风急性期的及早诊治提供依据。方法采用1∶2配对病例对照研究方法,调查缺血性中风患者急性发病前24～72h内相关症状,对数据进行条件Logistic回归分析。结果缺血性中风急性发病前24～72h内主要相关症状如下:主症为偏身麻木,呵欠频频,持续眩晕,嗜睡,急躁;次症为体胖、臃肿,手麻,头昏沉,颜面正常;伴症为面色晦暗,气息均匀。结论研究表明,若患者但见偏身麻木,或伴见呵欠频频、嗜睡、持续眩晕等症状,可以认为其处于缺血性中风急性发病前24～72h时段。Objective:To explore symptoms within 24～72hou rs before the onset of acute ischemic apoplexy,to provide bases of symptoms for early diagnosis and t reatment of acute ischemic apoplexy.Methods :Adopted 1:2matched case -control study,and conditional multivariate logis tic regression analysis was perform ed.Results:The major symptoms were hemianesthesia,frequent yawm,persistent dizziness,sleepiness,and impatience.The subordinate symptoms were obesity,num bness of hands,and lethargicness feeling in the head,normal complexion,The accompany symptoms were dark complexion and natural breath.Conclusion:Our data showed that principal symptom was hemianesthesia.The symptoms of sensory disturbance were hemianeshesia and numbness of hands,the symptoms of consciousness dis-turbance were sleepiness and frequent yawn,the symptom of equilibrium d isorder were persistent dizziness and lethargicness feeling in the head,and the persistent dizziness was the main symptom.The o thers,such as impatience of emotion al as-pect,obesity of physique aspect,an d normal complexion,dark complexio n,natural breath.In a word,if the patient had t he symptoms of hemianesthesia,or fr equent yawn,sleepiness,persistent dizziness,and of normal or dark complexio n,and of natural breath,it indicated that th e patient was within 24～72hours period before the onset of acute ischemic apoplexy.
