摘　　要：目的 :探讨利用异体硬脑膜做中间物行额肌悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的效果。方法 :用经酒精处理的异体硬脑膜行额肌悬吊术。结果 :重度上睑下垂 3 9例 45眼 ,矫正效果满意 3 7例 43眼 ,成功率为 96% ,无排斥、感染及回退现象。结论 :在间接利用额肌力量矫正上睑下垂的手术中 ,异体硬膜应为首选中间物材料。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of suspension of frontal muscle on severe ptosis by heterogenous dura matter as an intermediary material. Methods:The suspension of frontal muscle was conducted on 45 eyes of 39 patients with severe ptosis by ethyl alcohol pretreated heterogenous dura matter. Results:43 eyes of 37 patients (96%) were successfully corrected.There was no evidence of rejection,infection and retraction. Conclusions:Heterogenous dura matter seems the first choice for the suspensory materials in the correction of ptosis by indirectly using the strength of frontal muscle.
