摘　　要：目的　探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描及三维重建技术在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法　对临床资料完整的 34例胃癌患者行多层螺旋CT扫描 ,将原始数据传到工作站 ,进行三维重建 ,分析MSCT轴位图像和重建后图像 ,分别对各病例进行诊断和术前分期 ,并与相应的病理结果进行对比。结果　MSCT轴位图像和重建后图像相结合 ,对胃癌的定位准确 ,对定性、定型及术前分期有一定的帮助。结论　多层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the application value of multi-layer circumflex CT and tri-dimension reconstruction technique. Methods Multi-layer circumflex CT scan 34 cases of gastric carcinoma patients with complete clinical data, and transmit original data to workstation, reconstruct with tri-dimension technique, analysis the images of MSCT ax-figure and post reconstruction. Diagnoses and preoperative staging every cases, and compare with pathology results. Results Combination images of MSCT ax-figure and post reconstruction might be valuable to location, commitment and diagnoses of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion Multi-layer circumflex CT scan has clinical application value in diagnoses of gastric carcinoma.
