摘　　要：目的 :了解阿奇霉素粉针剂注射后家兔血管及肌肉是否产生局部刺激性反应。方法 :经家兔耳缘静脉及股四头肌注射阿奇霉素后 ,分别观察局部是否产生刺激性反应 ,并进行评级判断。结果 :阿奇霉素粉针剂血管及肌肉刺激性反应均符合试验要求。结论 :静脉给予阿奇霉素粉针剂具有较好的安全性。Objective:To study the local irritative response of azitromycin injection in the rabbit. Method:After injection of azitromycin into the marginal vein of the ear and quadriceps femoris of the rabbit, the injection sites were kept under careful observation for the appearance of local irritative response. Results:The local responses accorded with the requirements of the test. Conclusion:It is more safe to administer azitromycin injection intravenously.
