抗痴呆1号治疗老年人脑功能不全的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨抗痴呆1号对老年人脑功能不全的治疗效果。方法 :将病人随机分组 ,治疗组108例 ,对照组30例。治疗组采用“抗痴呆1号” ,2次/d ,口服 ,3个月为1个疗程 ,每疗程结束后休息1周开始第2个疗程。对照组采用辨证施治法分为肾精不足、痰浊阻窍、瘀血内阻、肝肾阴亏、脾肾两亏等型 ,分别选用清宫寿桃丸、洗心汤、补阳还五汤、知柏地黄丸、还少丹等方药 ,必要时进行加减 ,疗程设置与治疗组相同。结果 :治疗组痊愈21例 ,有效48例 ,无效19例 ,总有效率为82.4 %。对照组痊愈2例 ,有效17例 ,无效11例 ,总有效率为63.3 %。结论 :抗痴呆1号对老年性痴呆、脑血管性痴呆和境界性痴呆具有较好的治疗效果 。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Anti-dementia Ⅰon senile brain dysfunction. Methods: There were 2 groups: treatment group (n=108), control group (n=30). Patients in treatment group were given Anti-dementia Ⅰ.Patients in control group were given the corresponding decoctions according to differentiation of syndromes, such as syndromes of kidney essence deficiency, of obstruction of orifice by sputum and turbidity, of liver-kidney yin deficiency, of spleen and kidney deficience and they could be modified when needed. The ranges of treatment were same in both groups. Results: Of patients in treatment group, 21 were cured, 68 improved and 19 failed.Conversely,2 recovered, 17 improved and 11 failed in control group. The total effective rate in both groups were 82.4% and 63.4% respectively. Conclusion: Anti-dementia Ⅰhas a therapeutic effect on senile dementia, vascular dementia, especially on environmental dementia.
