高校作为我国篮球后备力量培养基地的可行性探讨

摘　　要：市场经济的发展和体制改革的深化 ,使我国传统的篮球人才培养模式受到很大冲击 ,探索新的篮球人才培养途径是历史发展的需求。通过对高校所具备优势的分析 ,阐述高校作为我国篮球后备力量培养基地的可行性 ,指出高校办高水平篮球队需要进一步总结试办经验 ,完善资金制度、教练员制度。The development of market economy and the deepening of the system reform have impacted the Chinese traditional training mode of basketball talents. To explore ways to train new basketball talents is the demand of the history development. Through the analysis of advantages of colleges and universities the feasibility of taking colleges and universities as the bases for cultivating Chinese basketball players in reserve was expounded. It was pointed out that the experiences of trying to run high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities should be summed up. The systems for fund-management, contest arrangement, coach appointment and dismissal as well as player management should be perfected.
