摘　　要：目的　观察DICE方案治疗复发和难治性中、高度非何杰金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的疗效和毒性反应。方法　地塞米松 (DEX) 6～ 9mg/m2 ,iv ,q6h ,d1～ 5 ;异环磷酰胺 (IFO ) 1g/m2 ,iv ,d1～ 4;美思纳 (Mesna ,总量为IFO的 60 % ) ,分别于IFO的 0 ,4,8小时 ,iv ,d1～ 4;顺铂 (CDDP) 2 0～ 3 0mg/m2 ,iv ,d1～ 4;鬼臼乙叉甙 (VP 16) 80mg/m2 ,iv ,d1～ 4;2 8天为一周期 ,连用两个周期以上评价疗效。结果　全组 17例 ,CR 3例 ,PR 7例 ,NC 6例 ,PD 1例 ,总有效率为 5 8.8%。不良反应主要为血液学毒性 ,Ⅰ～Ⅳ度的发生率为 10 0 %。结论　DICE方案治疗复发和难治性非何杰金淋巴瘤的疗效较好 ,不良反应可以耐受 ,较为安全可靠。ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and side effects of DICE for patients with recurrent and refractory Non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.MethodsDICE regimen:Dex 6～9mg/m2,iv,q6h,D1～5;IFO 1g/m2,iv d1～4;Mesna (60% of IFO),after 0,4,8 hours of IFO respectively,iv D1～4;DDP 20～30mg/m2,iv,d1～4;VP-16 80mg/m2,iv,d1～4.28 days consisted of one cycle,and all the patients received over two cycles of the chemotherapy.ResultsIn all the 17 patients,58.8% of overall response rate were achieved with 3 cases CR,7 cases PR,6 cases NC and 1 case PD.Main toxicity was myelosuppression with grade 1～4 of 23.5%,35.3%,29.4% and 11.8% respectively.ResultsDICE regimen can achieve a satisfied results in the treatment of reucurrent and refractory Non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma with well tolerated toxicity.
