非小细胞肺癌p53、Bc-l2和nm23基因蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨p5 3、Bcl 2和nm 2 3基因蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)临床病理特征的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学S -P法检测 5 6例NSCLC组织中 p5 3、Bcl 2和nm2 3基因蛋白的表达。 结果　p5 3、Bcl 2和nm2 3蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性率分别为 5 1.8%、3 2 .1%、5 3 .6% ;在肺鳞癌、腺癌中p5 3阳性表达随病理分级升高而增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Bcl 2阳性表达则随病理分级升高而降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;NSCLC淋巴结转移阳性组nm2 3阳性率显著低于淋巴结无转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p5 3、Bcl 2和nm 2 3基因蛋白的检测对预测NSCLC淋巴结转移及判断预后有重要意义。ObjectiveTo study the relatioship between the expression of p53?Bcl-2 and nm23 proteins and the clinicopathological features of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).MethodsThe expression of the three proteins was investigated by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 56 cases of NSCLC.ResultsThe positive rates of p53?Bcl-2 and nm23 protein were 51.8%,32.1%,53.6%,respectively.There was significant correlation between the expression of p53?Bcl-2 and nm23 histological grade of the squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The positive rate of nm23 was significantly higher in cases with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between nm23 expression and the size of tumor (P<0.05).ConclusionThe detection of p53?Bcl-2 and nm23 geneproteins has positive effects on predicting the lymph node metastasis and deciding the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
