摘　　要：目的　探讨非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤患者长期生存的相关因素。方法　对 12 10例非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤的细胞类型、临床分期、原发灶部位、结外受累情况、B症状的有无、初治疗效及治疗方法等 12种因素进行了综合对比分析。结果　非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤患者的长期生存与多种因素相关。在诸多因素中 ,有些是非控制性因素 ,而有些是可以控制的。结论　非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤患者的长期存活与多种因素密切相关 ,合理调控相关因素可延长患者生存期。Objective To explore the related factors of the long term survival in non hodgkin′s lymphoma patients.Methods Synthesize correlate analysis was performed for the twelve factors in 1 210 cases of non hodgkin′s lymphoma.Such as cell type,clinical stages,position of primary focus,primary therapeutic effect and so on.Results The long term survival of non hodgkin′s lymphoma was related to multiple factors.Some of them were controllable,and others were not.Conclusion The long term survival of non hodgkin′s lymphoma patients is closely related to multiple factors.The living time of these patients could be prolonged by the rational regulation on related factors.
