摘　　要：激光在根管治疗中的研究和应用正不断深入。本文对激光根管预备、激光杀菌作用、激光根管充填、激光去除根管充填材料和折断器械的作用及激光对根尖周炎愈合的影响作一综述,最后介绍了减轻激光对牙根周围组织不利影响的方法。Research and application on root canal therapy of laser is going deep.The review summarizes the effect of laser on root, canal therapy including root canal preparation, bactericidal effect, fi11ing of root canal,removal effects of filling materials and broken files from root canal,the healing of the periapica1 periodont i t is. The methods of reducing the unfavourable effects of laser on periodontic tissure are also introduced.
