摘　　要：目的　观察EB病毒RNA(Epstin Barrvirus ,EBV)、膜蛋白 (LMP 1)、c erbB 2、CyclinD1,bcl 2和p5 3蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达 ,探讨其相互间关系及其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法　采用原位分子杂交技术检测了 36例鼻咽癌组织中EBV编码的encodedsmallRNAs(EBERs)、用免疫组化技术检测LMP 1、CyclinD1、c erbB 2、bcl 2和 p5 3蛋白的表达。 结果　36例鼻咽癌组织中全部检出EBVRNAs ,阳性率为 10 0 % (36 /36 ) ,LMP14 4 .4 % (16 /36 ) ,CyclinD15 2 .8% (19/36 ) ,c erB 25 8.3% (2 1/36 ) ,bcl 2 4 4 .4 % (16 /36 ) ,p5 333.3% (12 /36 )。鼻咽癌组织中EB病毒感染与c erB 2、CyclinD1癌基因的表达、p5 3抑癌基因的失活之间有明显的关系。结论　鼻咽癌与EB病毒作为致瘤病毒激活癌基因蛋白的表达密切相关。鼻咽活检组织中有EBERs及LMP 1的检出 ,对确定鼻咽癌的诊断具有一定的价值。Objective To observe relationship between the Epstein-Barr virus( EBV) infection and the expression of oncogene related proteins Cyclin D1, c-erB-2 and bcl-2?p53 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 36 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of EBERs, LMP-1,Cyclin D1, c-erB-2 and bcl-2?p53 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 100%(36/36), 44.4%(16 /36), 52.8%(19/36), 58.3%(21/36), 44.4%(16/36), and 33.3%(12/36) respectively. The existence of LMP-1 was obviously related to the expression of oncogene protein Cyclin D1 c-erB-2 and the loss of p53 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( P <0.05). Conclusion The tumorigenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma may be associated with oncogene and related gene proteins expression which are induced by Epstein-Barr Virus infection. EBERs and LMP-1 may be an important index in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
