摘　　要：在对光辐射的响应电压进行测试的基础上 ,对面阵CCD采集系统光电变换非线性度测试方法进行了探讨 ,给出了测试原理、方法以及实验结果 ,分析了最小二乘拟合法在CCD采集系统中的应用 ,研究结果表明 :所测实验数据准确 ,方法可行 .The degree of non-linearity is an important parameter of the static characteristic of a device. This article presents a discussing on the method of measuring optoelectric conversion in area CCD through measuring response voltage of light radiance. The principle, method and the results of experiment are all provided. The least-square method applied to CCD graph fitting is also analyzed. The result shows that the datum is accurate and the method is reliable.
