摘　　要：目的　为进一步研究国产降纤酶对脑梗死的疗效。方法　采取随机双盲对照临床研究。在应用降纤酶治疗前及用药后第 14d分别进行神经功能缺损评分 (NDF) ,并进行日常生活能力评估 (Barthel指数 )。同时检测血浆中纤维蛋白原含量、肝功和肾功。结果　降纤酶治疗组血浆纤维蛋白原含量在用药后极显著降低 (P <0 0 1)对肝功、肾功、凝血功能无影响 ,也未发生过敏反应。近期疗效降纤酶治疗组显著优于对照组。神经功能缺损评分及Barthel指数有显著进步 (P <0 0 5 )。Objective In order to study the effects of home made defibrase used to treat cerebral infarction.Methods The random clinical study with double blind was used.The nerve function deficit score was evaluated before and the 14th day after administration of defibrase,the routine life ability (Barthel index) was evaluated.At the same time,the serum fibrinogen concentration,hepatic function,and nephritic function were tested before and after administration of defibrase.Results The serum fibrinogen concentration of the patients treated with defibrase was decreased more significatly after administration of defibrase (P<0 01),but there was no influence on the hepatic and nephritic function.The effect of early period with defibrase improved much more than those of the control group.The nerve function deficit score and the Barthel index improved much more than those of the control group (P<0 05).Conclusions The defibrase made in China is a safe and effective drug which can decrease the fibrinogen concentration and treat the acute cerebral infarction more effectively.
