涎腺肿瘤中MMP2、MMP9与C-myc表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究38例腮腺良恶性肿瘤中基质金属蛋白酶MMP2与MMP9与癌基因c_myc表达的关系及肿瘤分化程度的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化S_P法观察石蜡包埋组织中的MMP2、MMP9和c_myc表达。结果 :MMP2、MMP9定位于细胞浆中 ,分布于肿瘤细胞及肿瘤细胞旁间质细胞中 ,特别见于肿瘤细胞与间质交界处。MMP2和MMP9与肿瘤分化程度有关 ,随着肿瘤细胞分化降低MMP2和MMP9表达增强。c_myc表达强弱与肿瘤分化呈正相关 ,与MMP2和MMP9表达之间亦有显著相关性。结论 :MMP2和MMP9的分泌是肿瘤细胞和间质细胞共同事件 ,以肿瘤细胞占优势 ,恶性肿瘤细胞浸润和转移可能是由于过度表达的MMP2和MMP9所致。癌基因c_myc有可能促进癌细胞分泌更多的MMP2和MMP9。To observe the expression of MMP2,MMP9 and oncogene C_myc,and tu mor differentiation in 38 cases with salivary gland tumor.Methods:Immunohistoche mistry was used to examine and compare the distributions of MMP2,MMP9 and C_myc in 38 cases with salivary gland tumor.Results:MMP2 and MMP9 located in tumor cel ls and strumal cell at the periphery area of the tumor,especially at the epiderm al tumor interface.In salivary gland tumor,the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 depen ded on the degree of tumor differentiation.The lower the tumor differentiated wa s,the stronger expression of MMP2 and MMP9 was.There was a positive correlation between oncogene C_myc protein expression and salivary gland tumor differentiati on.There was a significant correlation between oncogene C_myc protein expression and MMP2 and MMP9.Conclusion:The secretion of MMP2 and MMP9 is a common event f or tumor and strumal cell,and parenchymal tumor cell plays a pivotal role in the MMP2 and MMP9 activation process.Malignant tumor invasion and metastasis result ed from the overexpression of MMP2 and MMP9.Oncogene C_myc protein might promote that cancer cells secrete more MMP2 and MMP9.
