摘　　要：目的　评价89SrCl2 和 /或骨膦治疗肺癌骨转移的疗效。方法　选择 6 7例肺癌多发性骨转移患者 ,其原发肺癌均有病理诊断 ,全身骨显像及X线检查证实有多发性骨转移 ,患者均有中度以上骨痛。其中89　SrCl2 治疗组 19例 ,骨膦治疗组 2 8例 ,89　SrCl2 联合骨膦治疗组 2 0例 ,所有病例均随访观察 3个月。结果　89　SrCl2 治疗组和骨膦治疗组骨痛缓解率分别为 84.2 %和 80 .4% ,对骨转移病灶有效率分别为 15 .7%和10 .7% ,生活质量改善率分别为 47.3%和 42 .8% ,其差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。而联合应用89　SrCl2 和骨膦治疗组镇痛有效率为 90 .0 % ,与前两组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,对骨转移病灶有效率和生活质量改善率分别为 45 .0 %和 80 .0 % ,与前两组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　89　SrCl2 和骨膦对肺癌骨转移均有较好的镇痛疗效 ,联合应用89　SrCl2 和骨膦对缓解骨痛和提高患者生活质量的疗效明显优于单用89　SrCl2Objective To evaluate the effect of 89 SrCl 2 and/or Bonefos in the treatment of bone metastasis from pulmonary carcinoma. Methods A total of sixty-seven lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were enrolled in this study, who were divided into three groups: nineteen cases were treated with 89 SrCl 2; twenty-eight cases with Bonefos; and twenty cases combined 89 SrCl 2 with Bonefos. Results The total relief rate of the bone pain: the 89 SrCl 2 group was 84.2%, and the Bonefos group was 80.4%, the combination group was 90.0%. There was no statistical difference among three groups (P>0.05). The effective rate of the bone metastasis: the 89 SrCl 2 group was 15.7%, the Bonefos group was 10.7%, and the combination group was 45.0%. The combination group had significantly higher effective rate than that of the 89 SrCl 2 group or the Bonefos group alone (P<0.05). The rate of improvement of quality of life: the 89 SrCl 2 group was 47.3%, the Bonefos group was 42.8%, and the combination group was 80.0%. The combination group had significantly higher effective rate than that of the 89 SrCl 2 group or the Bonefos group alone (P<0.05). The side effects of three groups were minimal. Conclusion 89SrCl 2 and Bonefos are two effective and safe drugs on relief of pain. Combined 89 SrCl 2 and Bonefos might be a better therapy for bone metastasis and improvement of quality of life than the single one, and the side effect is slight and tolerable.
