彩色多普勒血流显像随访54例射频治疗肝癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　应用彩色多普勒血流显像 (ColorDopplerflowimaging ,CDFI)评价集束电极射频 (简称射频 )治疗肝癌 6～ 18月的疗效。方法　应用CDFI对射频治疗前及治疗后 6、12和 18月的肝癌患者肿块及肝动脉的血流动力学情况进行观察。结果　射频治疗后 6、12、18月肿块血流信号消失或明显减少 ,血流信号消失率分别为 73.5 %、5 1.1%、41.2 % ;仍能检测到血流信号的肿块最大血流速度 (Vmax)及阻力指数 (RI)无明显变化 ;肝动脉的内径、Vmax及RI降低。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of electrode radio frequency(RF) ablation on liver cancer at 6-18 months using color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods The hemodynamics of the tumors were investigated by CDFI before and 6,12 and 18 months after RF ablation.Results After RF ablation,the signals of blood flow in tumorsdisappeared or substantially decreased,the rates of signal disappearance at 6,12 and 18 months being 73.5%,51.1%,41.2%,respetively.No obvious changes were detected for the velocity(Vmax) and resistance index(RI) in those tumors that retained signals of blood flow.The diameter,Vmax and RI of hepatic arteries reduced.Conclusions It is of great clinical significance to evaluate the effect of RF ablation on liver cancer using CDFI.
