摘  要:目的 :探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白与血管紧张素II在急性脑梗死发病中的相关关系。方法 :对47例脑梗死患者、30例高血压病患者和48例健康人分别进行血浆ox LDL和AngII水平的测定。结果 :急性脑梗死组和高血压病组的血浆ox LDL、AngII水平均高于正常对照组 (P<0 01)。急性脑梗死组与高血压病组之间血浆ox LDL水平无显著性差异 (P>0 05) ,脑梗死组AngII水平高于高血压病组 (P<0 05)。急性脑梗死组血浆ox LDL水平与AngII水平呈正相关 (r=0 4765 ,P<0 01)。结论 :血浆oxTo explore the relationship between oxidized low density lipoprot ein(ox LDL)and angiotension II(AngII)in pathogenesis of acute cerebral infa rction Methods:The levels of plasma ox LDL and AngII were observed in 47 pati ents with acute cerebral infarction,30 patients with hypertension and 48 normal controls Results:The levels of plasma ox LDL and AngII in acute cerebral inf arction and hypertension were higher than those in controls(P<0 01) The leve ls of plasma ox LDL and AngII between acute cerebral infarction and hypertensio n were not different(P>0 05) The level of AngII in acute cerebral infarction was higher than that in hypertension(P<0 05) The ox LDL concentration had a positive correlation with AngII concentration in acute cerebral infarction ,which correlation coefficient was 0 476 5,P<0 001 Conclusion:The rise of plasma ox LDL and AngII might accelerate the processes of atherosclerosis and c erebral infarction,moreover,these two factors have a positive correlation each other
