摘　　要：探讨公司治理的各种要素对企业绩效的影响作用。构建了研究模型 ,并结合西安市千余家民营企业的调查数据进行了实证研究。This paper discusses the effects of corporate governance factors on corporation performance. Based on related theoretical analysis and hypothesis, it constructs a set of research models to make a case study by using of investigating data provided by Xi'an science & technology committee.
