摘　　要：基于对战略管理发展的分析 ,探讨技术战略的界定和内涵 ,进而分析了技术战略的主要内容 ,以及技术战略的竞争类别的划分。Based on the analysis the development of Strategy Management, we present the definition and character of Technology Strategy; then we analyze the content of Technology Strategy and the classification of different competitive type of Technology Strategy.
