摘　　要：研究了 Ba O- Ti O2 - Nd2 O3- Ta2 O5(BTNT)系陶瓷材料的结构和微波特性。实验结果证明 :五种组分的BTNT系材料具有钨青铜结构 ,用此类材料研制的微波单片陶瓷电容器 (SL C)具有良好的高频和微波特性。The structure and the microwave properties of BaO TiO 2 Nd 2O 3 Ta 2O 5(BTNT) system are investigated in this paper.The experiment has proved that there are five possible tungsten bronze compounds in the BTNT system.The microwave single layer ceramic capacitor (SLC) which is made of this materials has well high frequency and microwave properties.
