摘　　要：弹性分组环 (RPR)是一种新的协议 ,是为优化 IP数据包的传输、构建光互联网而提出的 ,目前正由 IEEE80 2 .1 7工作组进行标准化 .文章介绍了 RPR技术及其主要特点 ,并对几种 IP数据包的传输技术进行了比较 .RPR(Resilient Packet Ring) is a new kind protocol, proposed for the optimal transport of IP packets and construction of optical Internet, which is being standardizing by IEEE 802.17 working group. The RPR technology and its features are introduced in this paper, and the comparison of several IP transport technologies is also described.
