摘　　要：介绍了一种新的铝及铝合金的焊接方法 ,即PLASMA MIG焊 ,并分别对系统的硬件组成、软件系统进行了分析 ,提出了整体实施方案 .利用双电弧PLASMA弧和MIG弧燃烧 ,焊缝成形好 ,质量好 。A new welding way of Al and Al alloy is introduced. The hardware structure, software structure is analyzed and scheme for carrying out is given. By using the two arcs (PLASMA arc and TIG arc)ignited in different time, high level of quality in welding seam of workpiece and quick velocity of welding are reached.
