摘 要:目的 探讨外周血淋巴细胞中汉坦病毒 (HV)基因的检测对流行性出血热 (又名肾综合征出血热 ,HFRS)早期诊断的意义。 方法 用RT PCR法检测 40例发病 3~ 7日内的HFRS患者外周血淋巴细胞和血浆中的HVRNA ,并与特异性IgM检测结果进行比较。 结果 淋巴细胞中HVRNA阳性率为 82 .5 % (3 3 /4 0 ) ,特异性IgM阳性率为 90 % (3 6/4 0 ) ,两种方法的检出率无显著性差异 (χ2 =3 .2 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,其一致率为 82 .5 % (3 3 /4 0 ) ;血浆中HVRNA阳性率为 5 5 % (2 2 /4 0 ) ,明显低于淋巴细胞 (χ2 =10 .3 7,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 RTObjective To explore the early diagnostic value of detection for Hantaan virus (HV) gene in lymphocyte of peripheral blood on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS). Methods HV genes in peripheral lymphocyte and plasma obtained from 40 patients with HFRS on first week after the onset of the disease were detected by RT PCR. The positive rate of HV RNA in lymphocyte was compared with that of HV specific IgM. Results The positive rate of HV RNA and HV specific IgM in lymphocyte of peripheral blood was 82.5%(33/40)and 90%(36/40),respectively; with no statistical difference between them ( χ 2 =3.25, P>0.05).The concordant rate of them was 82.5%(33/40). The positive rate of HV RNA in plasma was 55%(22/40), which was lower than that in peripheral blood lymphocyte(χ 2 =10.37, P<0.01). Conclusion Detecting HV gene in lymphocyte of peripheral blood has a potential value of early diagnosis on HFRS.
