摘　　要：高校的学院（系）是办学的主体,在完善校、院（系）二级管理体制的过程中,加强院（系）档案工作,构建科学合理的院（系）级档案管理体系,是目前亟需解决的课题。为此,需要对院（系）档案管理工作的相关问题进行探讨,以期引起重视。Both the sub - school and department in the instiutions of higher learning are principal part in running a school. In the process of perfecting the university and school(department)secodary management system, it is an urgent subject to be solved to strengthen the archives management and to construct the scientific and reasonable archives management system for the sub - schools(departments). Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the relative questions on the archives management of the sub - schools (departments) so as to draw the attention of the people concerned to it
