摘　　要：中小企业在我国经济发展中具有极为重要的地位和作用,而技术创新又决定着中小企业的生存与发展。对于经济和技术实力较差,而又急需技术创新、产品更新换代的中小企业,应优先采用模仿创新模式,其次是合作创新模式。The middle and small-scale enterprises have very important status and plays an important role in our country's e-conomic development.But their existence and development are determined by technological innovation.To those middle and small-scale enterprises that urgently need technological innovation but their economic and technical strength is weakthe imitating innova-tion model is the first selectionthen the cooporation innovation model comes next.Independent technological innovation model does not suit to them at present time.
