摘　　要：概述MPEC求解上存在的困难 ;提出将求解普通约束优化问题的信赖域方法用于求解MPEC ;This paper points out the difficulties in solving MPECs, and presents a class of algorithm for MPECs, where the trust-region method for the standard constrained optimization is used to solve MPECs. Under appropriate assumptions, global convergence of the algorithms is obtained.
