摘 要:针对 8K电力机车的特点 ,从电磁干扰的传播途径和接受体两个方面采取措施 ,如控制电路滤波器 ,系统接地 ,屏蔽 ,驱动电路引线和主电路汇流排减少电感 ,还有逆变器的吸收电路等方面的电磁兼容性角度考虑 ,研制了 50kVA的IGBT逆变器 ,用于取代故障频繁的原机车上的GTO逆变器。所研制的IGBT逆变器自1 996年 1 0月开始装车运用 ,至今已装车 1 0 0余台 ,运行状况良好。根据运用试验表明 。The IGBT Inverter, 50 kVA, is developed to r eplace GTO inverter in consideration of the 8 K locomotive features. Measures ar e taken in two areas, the electromagnetic interference propagation path and the snubber of the interference, such as the filters of the control circuit, system grounding, shielding and the reduction of capacitance in the driving circuit lea ds and the main circuit bus strip, and the electromagnetic adaptability of the s nubber circuit. The inverter started to be used on locomotives since October 199 6. As of today there have been more than 100 units of locomotives produced with this inverter and have been operating well. Operation proves that snubbing circu it of IGBT 50 kVA can meet the set target with commissioning of only part of the elements.
