亚麻子油对兔肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨亚麻子油对肝功能及组织形态学的影响 ,为全面认识其生理作用及合理利用剂量提供实验依据。方法 :在饲料中加入 0、3.0 %、6 .0 %三种含量的亚麻子油喂养新西兰雄兔 3个月 ,检测其肝功各项指标的动态变化并观察肝脏组织形态学变化。结果 :摄入 3.0 %亚麻子油饲料时 ,兔血糖、ALT等指标的影响较轻 ,肝脏未见明显的病理性损伤 ;6 .0 %亚麻子油饲料使兔血糖、ALT、AST明显增高 ,且肝细胞浊肿、坏死、炎细胞浸润发生率均很高。结论Objective:To investigate the effect of flaxseed (linseed) oil on liver function and tissue morphology so as to provide experimental basis for understanding its physiological role and properly using dose. Methods:Feed containing 0%, 3.0% and 6.0% of flaxseed oil respectivly were given to the rabbits for 3 months. Then the indexes of liver function and liver tissue morphology were examined. Results: 3.0% of flaxseed oil induced mild effect on blood glucose and ALT as well as liver tissue morphology in rabbits, whereas 6.0% of flaxseed oil significantly increased blood sugar, ALT, AST, and induced higher incidences of pathological changes such as swelling, necrosis and inflamatory cell infiltration in liver cell. Conclusion: Overintake of flaxseed oil may injure the liver of rabbit.
