小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤6例临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤的临床病理及预后。方法　对 6例小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤的临床病理特征、免疫组化以及随访情况进行分析。结果　瘤组织由多形性瘤细胞排列成网状结构、血管套样或腺样 ,瘤细胞质内外有透明小体。免疫组化显示瘤细胞AFP、AAT染色 (+)。结论　病理检查容易明确诊断 ,测定血清AFP水平对确定肿瘤性质、监控治疗效果有重要意义。Objective To study the clinicopathological features and prognosis of children with yolk sac tumor in testicle Methods Six cases of children with testicular yolk sac tumor were studied by light microscopy, immunohistochemistry and followup Results Histologically, the tumor was composed of the pleomorphic tumor cells The predominant pattern was reticular with Schiller Duyall bodies and gland like structure There were hyaline globules in the tumor cells or stroma Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were strongly positive for AFP and AAT Six cases were underwent radical orchiectomy and patients received chemotherapy Conclusions Diagnosis is easily made by pathological examination Serum AFP determination may give important information for the diagnosis and classification of the tumor, as well as supervision of therapy.
