摘　　要：总结25例松果体区肿瘤患者放射治疗(局部照射6例,全中枢预防性照射19例)的护理体会。颅高压是松果体区肿瘤最常见的症状,护理上注意照射期间脑积水有加重的可能,严密观察病情,防止继发脑疝。加强对颅高压、癫痫发作、视力障碍、脱发、照射野皮肤等护理。In the paper, the authors summarize their experience in nursing 25 pineal region neoplasm patients during radiotherapy. According to the characteristics of pineal region neoplasmi nursing focuses on intracranial hypertension by preventing cerebral edema after radiotherapy and monitoring hydrocephalus. closely observing diseased conditions and taking cerebral CT re-examination as soon as possible to prevent secondary cerebral hernia. Apart from that, careful nursing of diabetes insipidus, epilepsy, visual disturbance, alopecia and irradiated skin as well as psychological nursing are all important.
