摘  要:[目的]探讨多药耐药相关蛋白和P-糖蛋白在膀胱癌表达的意义.[方法]应用兔疫组化法研究 48例膀胱移行细胞癌及6例正常膀胱粘膜标本多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达。[结果]48例膀胱肿瘤中膀胱癌原发组和复发组P-gp的阳性表达率分别为46.9%和 68.7%,差异显著(P<0.05),MRP的阳性表达率分别为 37.5%和 56.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论] P-gp和MRP的阳性表达与膀胱肿瘤的病理分级、分期呈正相关性,但无显著差异,MDR1与MRP之间无相关性。这两种蛋白的表达可能是膀胱内化疗失败的重要原因。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of mullidrug resistance-associated protein MRP and P-glyeoprolein(P-gp) in bladder cancer. [ Methods] MRP and P-gp were detected hy immunohistochemioal method in 48 specimens of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and in 6 normal bladder mueosa as control. [ Results ]The positive rales of P-gp in primary and recurrent bladder transitonal cell carcinoma group were 47% and 68.7% respectively. There was statistically significant between the two groups ( P < 0.05) .And the positive rates of MRP in the two groups were 37.5% and 56.3% respectively(P < 0.05) . [ Conclusions] MRP and P-gp positive rates are higher in high grade tumors and significantly higher in recurrent tumors.There is no relationship between MDR1 and MRP. MRP or P-gp may be one of the important factors that leads to iailure of chemotherapy.
