摘  要:十三碳二元酸的精制提纯是正构烷烃生物发酵法制备十三碳二元酸的重要环节,关系到该工艺的总收率和产品质量。溶剂法的关键是选择适宜的溶剂,醇类溶剂在精制条件下易与二元酸发生酯化反应,降低收率,影响产品纯度;水相法不能很好地除去残油、色素及菌体等,制得的产品纯度、外观及晶体粒度都差,但设备投资少,操作过程简单、安全、对环境污染小;酯化法对原料纯度要求不高,精制产品的纯度可达到99%以上,在某些特殊情况下或制备高纯度产品时是其它方法不能替代的。Refining and purifying of tridecandioic acid is an important step for preparation of tridecandioic acid by n-alkane biofermentation, concerning in total yield and product quality. Selection of suitable solvent is the key to organic solvent method, the solvent alcohol can easily esterify with tridecandioic acid in case of refining, it may cause decreasing in yield and make an impact on product purity. The residual oil, coloring matter, bacteria and etc. can not be removed in aqueous phase method, so gained product is poor in purity, appearance and crystal granularity, but it is the process with less equipment investment, simple and safe operation, and slight environmental pollution. There is no too strict requirements in purity of raw materials for esterification method, and the purity of refined product can reach above 99% , so it can't be substituted by other methods in certain cases or in preparation of high purity product.
