摘  要:采用大变形热力耦合有限元法模拟了圆柱体锻件心部空洞的热锻闭合压下率。基于数值模拟结果 ,分析了影响空洞闭合的主要因素及其影响规律 ,构造了考虑各种影响因素在内的锻合压下率计算公式。应用该公式得到的心部锻合压下率与有限元计算结果的相对误差不超过 6 % ,从而在计算锻合压下率时可代替有限元法 。The critical reduction for closing the pores in the center of cylinder forgings undergoing hot upsetting are numerically simulated by using thermomechanical coupled finite element method.According to the simulation results,the main factors influencing pore closure and their functions are analyzed,and a regression formula for calculating the critical reduction is established by taking into account the influencing pattern of every main factor.The critical reduction for closing the center pores calculated by the formula is within a relative error of less than 6% compared with the finite element results.Therefore the formula can be used instead of finite element when calculating the pore closure reductions, and it is convenient for engineers to use.
