摘  要:目的 :研究难辨梭菌性结肠炎与肠道微生态关系、临床特征及防治措施。方法 :30例腹泻患者难辨梭菌培养阳性 ,为实验组 ,采用George方法进行难辨梭菌分离、鉴定。菌群培养分析检查 10种常见细菌定量分析。以及粪便快速涂片革兰氏染色快速诊断肠道菌群失调。同时与对照组、健康组相比较。结果 :难辨梭菌性结肠炎肠道微生态发生变化 ,表现为肠杆菌、拟杆菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌数量明显下降。在使用抗生素或化疗药物 3d~ 2周腹泻 ,12例结肠镜见到假膜附着。结论 :难辨梭菌性结肠炎与肠道微生态改变有关。使用抗生素或化疗药物易诱发难辨梭菌性结肠炎。Objective:To study the relationship between clostridium difficile colonitis and intestinal micro-ecology. It's clinical character and measures of how to prevent it.Methods:30 cases of diarrhea patients whose culture were clostridium difficile positive were the experimental group. The clostridium difficile were isolated and identified by George method and then cultured. Ten kinds of usual bacteria were counted. The dyed bacteriosis was diagnosed by fecal direct smear method and Gram's method stain. At the same time, the healthy contrary group was compared.Results:The intestinal microecosystem of clostridium difficile colonitis changed. The amounts of Enterobacillus, Bacteroides,Lactobacilllus and Bifidobacteria decreased significantly. The diarrhea occurred from three days to two weeks after using antibiotic or chemotherapy. 12 cases of pseudomembrare were found by colonoendoscopy. Conclusion:There was relationship between clostridium difficile colonitis and intestinal microecosystem. Antibiotic and chemotherapy could induce clostridium difficile colonitis.
