胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸

摘　　要：目的 :总结改进外科手术电视胸腔镜手术技术。方法 :1999- 11～ 2 0 0 2 - 0 7,作者应用胸腔镜手术技术治疗自发性气胸疾病 2 4例。男性 18例 ,女性 6例 ,病人年龄 16～ 4 5岁 ,平均 2 8岁。肺大泡切除及胸膜粘连术 2 2例 ,胸膜粘连术 2例。结果 :本组患者均顺利康复 ,手术一次成功率为 10 0 % ,合并症发生率 4 % ,住院天数 7～ 15d ,平均 10d。结论 :自发性气胸电视胸腔镜手术创伤小、时间短、恢复快。Objective:To modify video-assisted thoracoscopy in surgery operation.Methods:From November 1999 to July 2002,24 patients were subjectcd to thoracoscopy in the treatment of spantaneous pneumothorax diseases.18 males and 6 females,the age of the patient ranged from 16 to 45 years (mean 28 years). Resection of pulmonary bullae and pleurodesis (22), pleurodesis (2).Results:All 24 patients were recovery well. The rate of successful operation was 100% and that of complications was 4%.The hospitalization was 7～15 days(mean 10 days).Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscopy was used in the treatment for spantaneous pneumothorax,it is safe and offers the benefits of shorted hospital stays and 1ess pain.The comment was done on indications and contraindications of VATS.
